We want you to be completely satisfied with your Kismet by Milka purchase; however, if you are not, we accept returns on unworn, non-customized pieces within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all original packaging and security tags remain intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the jewelry in its original designer box and secure it inside a padded shipping container to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
